Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old to use Torchera. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

• Don't harass, abuse, impersonate, or harm other members.
• Don't post unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.
• Don't scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
• Don't use the platform to send spam or for any unauthorized commercial purpose.

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display it as needed to operate the platform. You are responsible for the content you share and must have the rights to share it.

Torchera connects members for mentorship. We do not employ mentors or mentees and do not guarantee any particular outcome, advice, opportunity, or result. Interactions and any decisions you make based on them are your own responsibility.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may stop using Torchera and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the platform in a way that risks harm to others or to the service.

Torchera is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the platform or interactions with other members.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
